Shipping and Returns

Shipments are made to Greece and Cyprus. Your order is sent with the courier company “ELTA Courier”, to the address indicated by the user in the billing information.

Delivery takes 3–4 business days. For orders placed by 12:00 p.m., packages are shipped the same business day.

Shipping costs are €3.20 (incl. VAT).


RIGHT OF RETURN

  • The Customer has the right to withdraw from the concluded sales contract by briefly stating the reason for withdrawal within ten (10) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of purchases of products that have been further processed and personalized at the customer’s request at the time of placing the online order.

RETURN PROCEDURE

  • Withdrawal can be made by sending an email to the Company’s email address info@cbdlife.gr, clearly stating the Customer’s decision to withdraw from the sales contract. As soon as the Company receives the above statement of withdrawal from the Customer, it shall notify the Customer without delay of its receipt of this withdrawal by sending an email to the email address provided by the Customer.
  • The Customer must return the products in exactly the same condition as they were received. In particular, returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, exactly as they were before sale, in their original packaging (box, nylon, etc.), which should not have any tears or damage/alterations, and be accompanied by their sales documents (receipt, delivery note, etc.). The return of products is accepted only if the Customer has previously paid any amount charged to the Company for their shipment to him and the shipping costs for their return.
  • In the event that the Customer exercises their right of withdrawal, the Customer must return the products to the Company at their own expense within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products. The deadline is met if the Customer sends the products to the Company before the expiry of the 10 calendar day period.

RETURN COST

  • The cost of shipping the products to the Company shall be borne by the Customer (except in the case of a defective product or shipment of an incorrect product, as detailed in the following paragraph).
  • The recommended shipping method is via our partner courier service to ensure timely delivery to the Company. However, since the cost is borne by the Customer, they may choose their own shipping method.
  • If you choose to send your return by regular mail, we will not be able to accept your return.
  • In any case, please inform the Company in writing of the shipping company you have chosen and the tracking number you have been given, so that the shipment can be traced in case of delay or non-delivery.

REFUND

  • In the event that the Customer exercises their right of withdrawal, the Company must refund the Customer any payment received from them (except for the shipping costs of the order and the cash on delivery costs, if this was the chosen method of payment) without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which it received the products back, in order to verify that the conditions for return are met.
  • The Company shall make the above refund using the same means of payment as those used by the Customer for the original transaction or shall issue a credit note to be used for a new purchase by the Customer, following the Customer’s consent via email. Refunds without an accompanying email to info@cbdlife.gr for withdrawal from the purchase cannot be made.
  • If you paid cash on delivery, your refund (excluding shipping costs and cash on delivery fees) will be made by bank deposit. For this reason, you must immediately notify us at info@cbdlife.gr with the following information: IBAN, Beneficiary Bank, Beneficiary Name.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  • The Company is liable for any actual defects or lack of agreed characteristics of the products in accordance with Article 5 of Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection and in accordance with Articles 534 et seq. of the Civil Code.
  • In cases where the Company is liable for an actual defect or lack of agreed quality, or for incorrect execution of the Customer’s order, the Customer is entitled, at his discretion, to: 1. demand, at no cost to them, the correction or replacement of the product with another, unless such action is impossible or requires disproportionate costs, 2. reduce the price, 3. withdraw from the contract, unless the defect is minor.
  • For a feature to be considered agreed upon, it must be agreed upon in writing. If a product is declared defective by the Customer, the Company expressly reserves the right to diagnose the product as defective upon its return.
  • In the event that the reason for the return concerns a defective product or an error on the part of the Company, following the relevant correspondence that will precede it, the Company will bear the cost of returning the product, provided that the return is made through the courier company designated by the Company. The Customer shall package the product, accompanied by all sales documents, and deliver it to the courier company for shipment to ABRAMOGLOU EVANGELIA, at the agreed address, with the recipient (i.e. the Company) bearing the cost. In case of non-compliance with the above and shipment of the products by other means, the shipping costs of the returned product shall be borne by the Customer.
  • The Company must carry out the repair or replacement within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the Customer. The Customer’s right to exercise their legal rights in the event of actual defects or lack of agreed characteristics shall lapse two (2) years after receipt of the products.
  • Limitation of liability: The Company shall be exempt from the above obligations if it has notified the Customer and the Customer was therefore aware of the lack or defect in the product.
